For more than 10 years, I have been able to learn alongside wonderful people who have had (and continue to have) an enormous influence on me both professionally and personally. Some of them have become mentors. I would like to express my respect for them and invite interested readers to discover some of the background to my way of working:

Sören Lucan

During my training as a sports therapist at the IEK Berlin, Sören was a role model for me in terms of communication and behavior. Through him, I learned what it means to work as a therapist and what a major role psychological issues play in dealing with clients. He significantly broadened my understanding of health and movement. Thank you Sören!

He works as a freelance sports therapist in Berlin:

Samir Ruiz

My Colombian friend Samir has been a companion to me for years, who is very good at getting me away from my typical German way of constantly analyzing everything and instead gives me the courage to listen more to my feelings.

Muchas Gracias mi amigo!

Kathy Dooley

When I attended my first Neurokinetic Therapy seminar in London with Dr. Dooley in 2015, I was literally blown away! Not only did she show me how to do a clean pistol squat with NKT within 5 minutes, she also overwhelmed me with her enormous anatomical knowledge, which she passes on at 4 different universities in New York. I am still learning from her professional quality…

She has her own performance studio in New York:

And probably the most ingenious applied anatomy company, Immaculate Dissection:

David Weinstock

I trained with the founder of NKT up to Master level until I finally started teaching NKT myself as an instructor for Germany in 2018. In particular, David taught me to trust in systems that work, even if you sometimes have doubts. He also taught me to use intuition when analyzing the body.

Thank you David!

Gary Ward

Gary is an incredible person. Anyone who has ever experienced his “Anatomy in Motion” system first-hand knows what I mean. His approach to analyzing the body with logic and intuition is unique. He taught me the enormous role the foot can play in interaction with the rest of the musculoskeletal system and how simple but effective it is to see and examine movement potential.

Thanks also to Chris Sritharian and Arno von Rosmalen!

Dr. Eric Cobb & Lars Lienhard

Dr. Cobb is behind the “Z-Health” system, which is a major influence on my approach. Eric is an excellent teacher and an absolute role model in putting a lot of work into his passion.

Lars Lienhard is regarded as a pioneer of neuroathletics in elite sport in Germany. He is an excellent practitioner.

I am happy to be able to learn from both of them!

Patrick Meinart

Patrick is an excellent colleague with whom I am in constant contact. I’m constantly learning new things through joint projects in areas such as neuroathletics, mobility, muscle testing and concussion. In 2022 and 2023, we ran further training courses on neuro-visual training.

Martin Bialancalana

Martin is an excellent therapist from Argentina who has taught me concepts from the fields of Applied Kinesiology, AminoNeuroFrequency and Osteopathy. His holistic understanding of human health is second to none.

Sebastian Firmke & Daniel Ebert

The two former competitive athletes and coaches have trained with over 40 well-known international stars. Together they have over 20 years of practical experience in training and therapy. Through their “Intelligent Performance System” training series, I was able to integrate new skills from the fields of traditional Chinese medicine, neurotransmitters and osteopathy into my concept.

Thomas Wells

Thomas Wells is a bodyworker from California who has been working with concepts such as NKT, PDTR and many others for decades. He is an absolute specialist in the areas of palpation and muscle testing. Through his training at the London School of Osteopathy and his supervision, I have learned by far the most of my skills in these qualities to date.

Alex Hermann

Alex Hermann is a specialist in posturology. Through his mentoring, I have learned very valuable tools and methods that can significantly improve posture and therefore also health and performance – even though posture correction has a rather bad reputation in the therapy world. In practice, as always, it all depends. I consider a look at posturology to be recommended for every therapist:

Danny van Doorn

Danny is one of the international trainers for P-DTR (Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex). The worldwide unique system for the elimination of receptor-based problems in the musculoskeletal system is incredibly complex. Thanks to Danny, I have the honor and pleasure of learning P-DTR in German. Thank you Danny for the outstanding learning experience!

Gareth Cox

Gareth is another excellent teacher of the P-DTR method. His special skill is not only to teach the method to the students, but also to include the clinical reasoning and various scenarios that occur in practice. I would say from him I have probably the most skills in clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis. He is regarded as one of the best therapists in the UK.

My family

Last but not least, I would like to thank my family, who give me a lot of support in pursuing my passions.

My wife shows me every day how many things we can achieve together, and our children remind us every day to appreciate life to the maximum.

Ole, my dear dog, thank you for your many teachings to me!

My love

As a systemic therapist, my wife Sarah is not only my personal companion, from whom I can learn an incredible amount about myself. I have already been able to transfer her perspective on health and the complex systems in which we are all involved into my life and my profession on several occasions, and thus achieve significantly more success and authenticity.
